About K5A
K5A is an internal service and participation unit used within the KOM-5A ecosystem.
Depending on the functionality available, K5A may be earned through eligible platform activity, transferred between users and used within KOM-5A to access or activate selected services.
The ability to use K5A for an internal KOM-5A service does not create a guaranteed monetary, exchange or redemption value for K5A.
Under the current service model, K5A is not redeemable for cash and KOM-5A does not guarantee any conversion rate between K5A and euros, Swiss francs or any other fiat currency.
KOM-5A does not market K5A as an investment product and does not promise financial returns, interest, appreciation or profit from holding or using K5A.
The acquisition, transfer and use of K5A, together with the conditions applicable to individual K5A Services, are governed by the applicable KOM-5A terms and service-specific conditions.
User Listings and User-to-User Activity
KOM-5A provides tools that allow users and professional operators to publish and present information, products and services.
Unless KOM-5A expressly states otherwise for a specific service, users and professional operators remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and content of their own listings and offers, as well as their own prices, communications, delivery, fulfilment and support obligations.
When users deal directly with one another, KOM-5A's role is the role described for the relevant platform service and in the applicable terms.
The presence of a listing, profile or publication on KOM-5A does not by itself constitute an endorsement, guarantee or verification of every claim made by its publisher.
Visibility Services
KOM-5A may provide professional advertising, placement or visibility services under specific conditions. Such services provide only the mechanism expressly described for that service.
KOM-5A does not guarantee any minimum number of views, impressions, clicks, contacts, customers, sales, revenue, ranking position or commercial result unless a specific KOM-5A service contract expressly and unambiguously provides otherwise.
Publication Boost and other visibility mechanisms may use eligibility rules, placement or rotation. Their specific operation, duration and K5A cost are described with the relevant service. Contractual use remains subject to the KOM-5A terms and any applicable service-specific conditions.

The project was created to provide structured digital tools for publishing, professional activity, visibility and community interaction without promising shortcuts, artificial success or guaranteed financial outcomes.
Platform Rules and User Responsibility

KOM-5A may apply platform rules, access restrictions, moderation or other measures where necessary to operate the service, address abuse, protect users or comply with applicable obligations.
Such measures do not remove mandatory rights users may have under applicable law or contractual commitments already entered into by KOM-5A.
