2. Publication responsibility and project

  • Publication director for commercial operation: Tarik Mohammedi, subject to the exact capacity shown in the applicable official records.

4. Intellectual property

  • KOM-5A-specific software, structure, visual identity, texts, graphics and original content are protected according to the rights held or validly licensed to their respective owners.
  • Users retain rights in their own content, subject to the limited licence needed to host, display, process and provide the selected features under the Terms of Use.
  • Third-party trademarks, names, images and content remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Nature of the service and contractual documents

  • KOM-5A is a live digital platform providing publishing, discovery, professional services, advertising/visibility and selected internal K5A Services.
  • This page is an identification notice. Account, content, conduct, marketplace and moderation rules belong in the Terms of Use.
  • PRO, ADS and K5A Services are subject to the pre-contractual information, offer and service-specific conditions presented in the relevant flow and, once published, the applicable Service Terms page.
  • KOM-5A does not promise a specified number of views, clicks, customers, sales, revenue, ranking or commercial result unless a specific contract makes an express and unambiguous commitment.
  • K5A is presented as an internal service and participation unit; it is not presented as legal tender, an investment product or a promise of fiat conversion or cash redemption.

  • Data protection: privacy@kom-5a.com.
  • Legal / authority communications: legal@kom-5a.com.
  • Illegal-content, abuse or community-safety reports: abuse@kom5a.com.
  • Where French consumer law requires a consumer mediator for the relevant contract, the selected mediator’s details must be provided in the applicable commercial or service terms after the mediator has actually been appointed. No mediator may be invented or displayed without a real arrangement.

7. Governing law and mandatory rights

  • Because the commercial operation is established in France, French law is the operator’s reference framework for contractual relations, subject to conflict-of-law rules and mandatory protections that apply.
  • A choice of law or court does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections where applicable law provides otherwise.
  • Disputes are brought before competent courts under applicable rules; this page does not impose an exclusive jurisdiction where the law does not allow it.
