KOM-5A Legal Terms

• The Beta is experimental, for evaluation and feedback only; features may change or break at any time.
• KOM-5A is currently free. No fees are charged to access test features.
• Access can be limited or revoked to protect users, data, and infrastructure.
• This private testing stage is not a public commercial launch and may be paused or discontinued at any time.

• You must be at least 16 and capable of entering into agreements.
• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may require identity or ownership verification for security reasons.

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity; no harassment or spam.
• No bots, scraping, or reverse engineering except as permitted by law.
• No attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Respect IP rights, privacy rights, and applicable laws.

• It is strictly forbidden to use KOM-5A to list, promote, sell or exchange products or services involving tobacco, drugs (including illegal substances), weapons, sexual or pornographic content, or any items harmful to public health and safety. No facilitation or referral of such activities.
• Content that promotes racism, hate speech, terrorism, violence, or discrimination of any kind (e.g., based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or other protected classes) is strictly prohibited.
• Any activity that undermines human dignity, security, or fundamental rights is forbidden.
• Violations may result in immediate removal, account suspension or termination, and reporting to competent authorities where legally required or appropriate.
• KOM-5A reserves the right to remove such content without prior notice and to cooperate with law enforcement in accordance with applicable law.

If you provide suggestions, bug reports, or ideas ("Feedback"), you grant KOM-5A a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the Feedback to improve the product and operations.

During the Beta we may collect usage and security logs to protect accounts and improve reliability. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. For cookies and preferences, see the in-product cookie banner and settings.

• The KOM-5A platform, brand, and core content are protected by IP laws.
• You retain rights to your own content. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it to provide the Beta.

• KOM-5A does not act as a merchant of record, broker, or escrow in user-to-user interactions. All negotiations, sales, purchases, and deliveries are strictly between users.
• No responsibility or liability is accepted by KOM-5A for the existence, quality, legality, delivery, payment, refunds, chargebacks, or any dispute between users, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Users must comply with applicable laws (consumer protection, product safety, tax, export/import controls, etc.).

• Any "mining", "rewards", or points shown in the Beta are internal participation metrics only. They have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and do not represent any financial instrument, token, or security.
• Rewards are experimental and may be reset, changed, or discontinued without notice. They reflect community participation during the test.
• Any future integration with public blockchains, if ever considered, would only be evaluated after compliance review and is not guaranteed.

The Beta is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, KOM-5A will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages; our aggregate liability related to the Beta will not exceed EUR 100.

• We may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
• Report violations or illegal content to: abuse@kom5a.com.
• We cooperate with law enforcement when legally required and proportionate under applicable law.

These test-phase terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in France, subject to any mandatory rules that may apply to certain users (including consumer protection provisions).

We may update these terms as the Beta evolves. Material changes may be communicated in-product or on this page. The latest version is always available here.
